Well we have just attended the biggest show of the season being the Australian National Arabian Championships. Horses owned, bred, and/or shown by Al-kareeme had a great show with the following results:

2 x Australian National Arabian Champions
1 x Reserve Australian National Arabian Champion
3 x Top ten awards

We would like to congratulate those owners of Al-Kareeme bred horses who attended the champs. We are proud of you all.

We are thrilled to say that AL-KAREEME ARMANI took the awards of both Australian National Arabian Champion Anglo Arabian shown by an Amateur, and Australian National Arabian Champion Anglo Arabian Gelding 4yrs & over. Shown both times by his very capable owner Pernilla Butters. Congratulations to you!! It is important to mention that Armani previously won the award of Australian National Arabian Champion Anglo Arabian Gelding as a 2 year old.

Our beautiful anglo stallion WARRAWEE VERSACEE made his Aussie Champs debut and did it in fine style. He put on a wonderful show for those watching and came away with Reserve Australian National Arabian Champion Anglo Arabian Stallion. No words can express the wonderful feeling I got showing a horse full of so much pride and joy.

ARINYA PARK KLASSANOVA attended the Australian Arabian Championships as the baby saddle horse of the team. At just 4 years of age and after attending just 6 ridden shows, he coped impeccably well. We were thrilled when he came away with a Top 10 award in the Arabian Gelding Bridle Path Hack.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Pat and Dick Ryan from Warrawee Stud for entrusting me to show a number of their fabulous horses at the Championships, with the following results:

WARRAWEE MAYBEE MADONNA - Reserve Australian National Champion Anglo Filly 2 yrs

WARRAWEE NAADIA - It was such a thrill to prepare and show such a beautiful mare by the fabulous stallion ARABIAN PARK BANNER(Deceased). Although unplaced, I felt priveledged to show Banner's last born arabian filly.

May 2009

We attended two youngstock shows in May being the Petstock Foal Show and the Magic Breeds Youngstock Show. We have had the absolute pleasure of preparing the Anglo Arabian colt WARRAWEE GAY PAREE for these shows. He achieved Champion Anglo Arabian Foal at the Petstock Foal Show, and Champion Anglo Arabian colt foal at the Magic Breeds Foal Show in both rings. We are sure he has a big future ahead of him.

AL-KAREEME TAILOR MADE attended the Magic Breeds Youngstock show and took home Champion Partbred Arabian Yearling Male

August 2009

During the month of August, we attended 3 shows. We took our newest aquisition being WARRAWEE BREEZ to Whittlesea Pony Club Open show for his led class, where he was awarded Champion Open Breeds Led.

The next show we attended was the Huntly-Spring Gully show where our purebred arabian gelding ARINYA PARK KLASSANOVA achieved Champion Led and carried Rebecca to Champion Rider.

On the 30th August we competed at the Yea and district Riding Club show. ARINYA PARK KLASSANOVA was awarded Champion Open Led. He also worked beautifully to win the Champion Open Ridden against horses of all breeds. What a great achievement for a Purebred Arabian.

July 2009

Our 3 year old Anglo arabian gelding has arrived home from the breaker and shows great talent, but more importantly, a wonderful temperament. We are undecided as to whether he will hit the showring under saddle this season, but we do look foward to campaigning him at halter.
